Reservations
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, to ensure that a stylist is available to perform the service that you wish to have, we do recommend calling in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to relax and have the most enjoyable experience possible. In the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to complete your service and you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancelations
We understand circumstances arise that do not allow you to attend your appointment. In that case, we do request a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled time.

Children
Parents in the event that your children will be accompanying your to your appointment, please bring adequate entertainment for them. We thank you in advanced for not allowing your children to be unattended while in the salon. This will ensure that all guests will enjoy their experience with us to the fullest extent.

Level Policy
Because all of our stylists have different levels of experience and areas of expertise, their service prices may vary. When making your appointment, please feel free to inquire about pricing with our front desk staff. During your consultation with your stylist, they will also be able to discuss pricing before services are performed.

Satisfaction Policy
We want all of our guests to be completely happy with the services they receive. Please let us know within 10 days, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your results.

Gratuities
Gratuity is optional and will not be added to your ticket total. While tipping is never expected, it is always appreciated.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination or for a specific service/services.

Pure Privilege
Ask us about this rewards program. Members earn rewards for all Aveda product purchased.
